As with all organisations, a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis is needed to inform our longer-term planning. Through various workshops, we present our SWOT analysis below:

ReportOUT also face particular external Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legislative and Environmental (PESTLE) opportunities and challenges. As part of our Risk Management Policy, it is important that these opportunities, and challenges, are at the forefront of our organisational and strategic planning

With the SWOT analysis and PESTLE factors in mind we have been able to reflect on our previous strategic priorities and objectives and to use these to build upon, and develop, our new strategic priorities and outcomes.
